  • How much is Delivery?
    Royal Mail Tracked 24 : £5.00 - for weight up to 2kg. Over 2kg is £8 Royal Mail Tracked 48 : £3.50 - for weight up to 2kg. Over 2kg is £7
  • Where do you deliver?
    Cookies, Brownies, and small chocolates are available for UK wide delivery. All other items are collection only
  • When will my order be despatched?
    We will despatch all orders within 24-48 hours of an order being placed as all items are made fresh to order. Despatch days are Monday to Thursday only.
  • What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
    Every item is sent out in perfect condition, however, damage in transit can occur, despite items being well packaged and parcels labelled as fragile. Unfortunately we cannot control transport conditions or temperatures, so if your item arrives damaged please follow the below steps: 1. Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in. This will help us understand what went wrong. 2. Contact Us Immediately: Reach out to us at: orders@littlemorebakery.com 3. Provide Order Details: Make sure to include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and attach the photos you took. Once we receive your information, we will review it and get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will make every effort to ensure you're happy with your experience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  • What Allergens are present?
    All allergens are mentioned here. However please note that all products are made in a kitchen where allergens are present, and although precautions are taken to prevent cross contamination, this cannot be guaranteed.
  • Do you cater to dietary requirements such as gluten free, kosher and vegan?
    Gluten free is not currently available. All items are alcohol and meat free.
  • Can I add a personalised note or message?
    Yes! Please ensure you tick the relevant option for this and add your personalised message. Custom toppers are also available, so please send across a message if you would like something more bespoke.
  • How do I submit a custom or bespoke order request?

  • How do I travel with my cake?
    If you are travelling by car please ensure the vehicle is cool, and the cake should be placed on a flat surface. The boot or front passenger footwell is perfect.
  • How do I store my cake?
    Store your cake in the fridge if the environment is warm, otherwise the cake can be kept at room temperature. As long as it is kept out of direct sunlight. When kept in the fridge, ensure it is taken out 1-2 hours before cutting, so you are not eating cold cake!
